  3. Spain 🇪🇸 attempted to excuse their ignorance on ď PrincipĒ.....

    IOC warned of boycotting anti-Kosova countries.

    Spain got immediately educated!

    India 🇮🇳 is next !

    You would of thought now Saint Mother Teresa spending decades savings lives in India we might get a little consideration.....

    India 🇮🇳 will regret its lack of respect when IOC SKIPS planned events lossing millions in revenue!

    Kosova athletes will be RESPECTED!

  4. IOC told Spain "you either allow Kosovo (who's a member of IOC since 2014) to take part, or no more sporting events will be held in Spain".

    @ avniaj - In a post not yet posted by B-92 yet, for whatever reason, I asked you to confirm your statement above about the IOC statement.
    I did find it myself and stand corrected!
    However, the IOC "suggested", not ruled on this issue and suggestion.

  6. @Peter the rocky mountain;

    Ghandi was an honourable man who used non violence to achieve his aims. Your leaders are cut throats and drug dealers. The Western backed insurgency was brutal and involved suffering on a grand scale both for your people and innocent Serbian civilians. And what has your independence got you? A failed 'state' corruption on an epic scale, huge unemployment, a non existent GDP etc. etc. etc. Well done!

  8. Amazing how much of a mess this "Kosova"*** experiment has made with sporting and international relations. Obviously not thought out very well but western ego comes before common sense so it will likely last for quite some time.

    Probably also because Kosovo is a member of the IOC like other non-sovereign territories like Hong Kong and Chinese Taipei. However, since Kosovo likes to think it's a legal sovereign state, even though it isn't, it frequently runs into problems like this. Think about why legitimate sovereign states never have this problem but Kosovo* does.

  10. The reason Spain changed its mind is because IOC gave them an ultimatum. IOC told Spain "you either allow Kosovo (who's a member of IOC since 2014) to take part, or no more sporting events will be held in Spain".

    By the way, the athlet who wasn't allowed to go to India has received a passport from Albania. In a way they're helping Kosovo become part of Albania. I'm not complaining at all.
